Putting People First

Every person is special and unique so whatever you or your family members needs we really encourage you to come and see us to experience first hand what Hopwood Court can offer and how we can support you to make the right care choice.

Person Centred Care

Hopwood Court is a independent family run care home which places love & respect at the forefront of our values. We promise to provide the support required to all our residents so that they can carry on living their lives to the full and with dignity.

We believe in putting people first by adopting a person-centred care approach. Specialising in dementia care we recognise that needs change over time and ensure that we look after emotional and physical wellbeing. We pride ourselves on providing a home from home which is emphasised by our no uniform approach for carers and shared meal times.

It’s all about you. We personalise care plans to facilitate the needs of each individual we look after – everything is bespoke from the meals you enjoy to the hobbies you love.

A Caring Place to Live

We have room for 23 residents at Hopwood Court with bedrooms ranging from shared rooms for couples, single rooms and rooms with ensuite facilities. To ensure a homely feel we encourage residents bring their home comforts to furnish their new living space.

We recognise that every individual has choice so finding a care home which suits your needs and abilities is extremely important. At Hopwood Court we actively encourage you & family members to come and join us for a day to experience our welcoming family atmosphere and facilities as well as giving each other a opportunity to get to know one another.

With our suburb location there is no greater way to appreciate the green gardens and wildlife than to experience it first hand, especially when the sun is shining.
